Good morning, friends, and Happy 2020 to you!

When I think about the number 2020, the first thing that comes to mind is.........

Seeing is one of our most important senses and having CLEAR VISION can make all the difference
in getting where we are going!!

So, with that said, I want to approach this new year of 2020 with the following:

* A better of view of what I want to accomplish

* More time spent enjoying THE NOW

* Surrounding myself with the people I love and that love me

* Keeping my hands busy creating, and my mind busy learning

and finally.......

* Embracing WHO I  AM and  Being TRULY GRATEFUL!

Many thanks to all of you who have followed along this past year, both old friends and new,
for all of your words of encouragement and your support of my humble talents,
and for your generous and faithful friendship!!
It means more that you know!!

Wishing you all a CLEAR VISION as you approach this brand new year, my friends~

I never follow through with intentions, so I'm trying Lauren's one month at a time plan. But I'm going for week, not month. Maybe day?? We'll start with hour.

Happy, Happy, New Year Sweet Julie....and a belated Merry Christmas. Loved this post and the goals you have set your “sights” on are ones that are bound to fill your heart and life with joy and countless blessings. I have always said that, other than my mind, one of the things I miss most as I get older is my vision/sight. And you can take that figuratively and literally. ;-) Hope the new year is off to a great start for you. As for me, I am not quite certain where those first 2 days even went already. I love this Julie! I especially love the last one, "Embracing WHO I AM and being TRULY GRATEFUL!" That definitely resonated with me. Thanks for sharing!

Words well written and enjoyed your 2020 vision reference. Looks like some rug hooking is in your near future (on the frame). Think the taking time away from 'having to produce' will give you lots of joy embracing doing things you do and truly enjoy it instead of it being work. Happy New Year.

Indeed, 2020 means perfect physical vision, but we need more than that - we need a comprehensive vision of all that goes around us.Hopefully, The 2020 New Year, the first year of a new decade, will give it to us. All predict a very special year.

That was great Julie! Never thought of the clear vision, but so very true. Hope you continue to blog as I will continue to follow along your journey to that clear path. Janice

Hi Everyone,
It is always so nice to receive comments and know that what you shared spoke to someone!! I hope that all of us will have "clearer vision" this year and that we will approach each day with purpose and spirit!! Sometimes we may not be able to clearly "see" that far ahead, but it is taking one step at a time in our journey, and as Marly said, "perhaps even hourly" is good!!!
May 2020 be a good year for all of us!!!
Blessings to each of you~

Happy New Year, Julie!!! Your new thoughts for 2020 of having clean vision rings a bell in my head too. How easy it is for me to wander off down a rabbit hole and not really accomplish much and frustrating myself a great deal. Keeping a clear vision is harder than I give it credit! Many things catch my attention and time since I retired. Some of that is good, but a lot of that is wasted time. When I was working full time, it seemed easier to have a plan and stick to it. In retirement, however, it is like taking the back roads instead of the interstate. Much more leisurely but not as productive sometimes.

Your Christmas post photos were lovely and I always enjoy how you find new and creative ways to show off the primitive style!

Here is to a new year of sharing and finding new primitives to enjoy!

Hi Winnie,
Thank you so much for your visit and lovely comments, as always!! How easy it is for all of us to get sidetracked and we just need to give ourselves some grace and realize LIFE HAPPENS!!! Hopefully, we can ALL have a clearer vision and focus and still enjoy each day and what it brings!! Sometimes taking the back roads allows us to find those unexpected treasures!!!
So happy you enjoyed the photos and this time things came together in a big hurry so I was pretty pleased with the results, considering!!
Take care and hope you have a wonderful 2020, my friend!
Heart Hugs~
