Hello, dear friends!

Thank you so much for your lovely comments about Part 1!!
It really warms my heart to hear from you
and shows that many of you share a love
of the same things I do!!!!

As promised, here is Part 2!!

Dining Room!

Trencher filled with old butter stamps and butter paddles,
with a little punch needle pillow I made
from Pineberry Lane!!

Orange linen Farmer's Field Pumpkins I made
using a Sweet Meadow Farms design!
Love them on top of the old firkins!!

Love this grouping with the pantry boxes
and my favorite old blue chair!!

On to the Living Room!!

Dear Mrs. Begg stays out all year long,
another Pineberry design I made!
Love her little bag of wool
 with the smiling pumpkin
stitched to the front!!

She is joined by several friends,
along with the punch needle and pennies wool pillow,
another wonderful Pineberry Lane design,
all made by me!!

Stone fruit looks so perfect with the colors of Autumn!

 Oil Can Cat,
made by me
using a Lori Brechlin design
sitting by my black Farmer's Field Pumpkins!
Love them together!!!

Mr. CAT had to be in the middle!!!
He was a gift from my hubby a number of years ago!!

Fancey Blackett stays in my living room
all year long!
Another Pineberry Lane design
made by me!

Won't you come and rest a spell with my sweet friends?

Abby Hender is another sweet pattern
by Pineberry Lane!
She looks so nice with those

Love all these colors together!!

I was so excited to find these two amazing candlestands
yesterday and they fit just perfectly
with this grouping!!

Two of my Sock Cat Make Do's sure look
they are up to some mischief, don't they??

Here are two more
hiding among the redware!!
I have my eye on them!!

Wonder how much trouble
seven kitties can get into??

These two promise they are being
perfect angels!!!
I wonder.........?

Thank you so much for taking the tour around my home!
I hope you have enjoyed the photos and been inspired!
I know I LOVE to see how others decorate
and always learn something new!

Oh my, Julie, I don't know what looks the cutest!! The Pineberry dolls have totally captured my heart, especially Mrs. Begg!! I would have to have her out all year long too. She is so spiffy with there cotton bag with the pumpkin on it. But then, all those black kitties are just "the cat's meow"! Your home looks so welcoming with all of your Autumn "friends" adding their colors and expressions that make this time of year so very special. I enjoyed every photo you shared. No doubt about it, you are ready for some Trick or Treats this year! What kind of treats did you like best when you were little? I loved those peanut butter bars that are crunchy on the outside and full of peanut butter on the inside and M&Ms. Back in the 1950s M&Ms were just the plain kind and I never had them them very often. They were such a treat and surprise to find in my bag!

Hi Julie, I am blown away at how perfectly primitive your home is. Everything is 'pure primitive'. Actually, I am speechless. You have managed to collect and create a warm and comfy home reminiscent of simpler times. Your handmades are incredible and I know first hand how faultless your creating skills are. Thanks so much for sharing and bringing back warm memories of my childhood in Eastern States. You have once again inspired me.
Enjoy the wonderful weather we are now having...
Folk Art Hugs to you my sweet friend,
and as always Peace for All,

What great collections you have! Love those pantry boxes. I don't know how you make those pumpkins but they are so cool!

Hi Barb, Lauren, and Marly,
I can't begin to say how much I appreciate all of your kind and generous words! It truly blesses my heart!! Thank you all so much!!

Barb, I am so happy that you have been inspired and have been able to revisit happy memories!! I am so happy we are finally getting some cooler weather, too!

Lauren, I'm happy that we could visit in person!! I love that picture of all those Sock Cats too, and am happy they were all adopted several years ago!
You can tell I LOVE to create, can't you??

Marly, I really love pantry boxes because they were used for so many things and look so good stacked together!!! Those pumpkins are VERY LABOR INTENSIVE and use an unbelievable amount of stuffing, but are SO WORTH THE EFFORT!!!
Plus, they can carry through Thanksgiving!!

I hope each of you have a really great week and thank you again for your kind words!! They really touched my heart!

Part two is also very beautifully done. It must be a treat to see all this in person.

My favorite decorations are those amazing pumpkins but the rest makes me smile too. You must find that making all these with your own hands so rewarding.

I hope the colorful Autumn leaves last much longer. Here they are at their best right now and it just take my breath away.
Thanks for sharing your fall decor with us.
Hugs, Julia

Your home is so homey!

Julie - My Primitive Heart said...

Hi Cheri,
So nice to have you visit am so happy you enjoyed all the eye candy!! I have been fortunate to find pantry boxes out here and am always thrilled when I do! I have found them at antique malls and even in some thrift stores!! Just keep looking and you may get lucky!! One time I went in a booth and at first thought that there was nothing in it that I was interested in! Kept looking anyway, and found a pantry box hidden away on a bottom shelf with other things tucked inside! The price was was cheaper than everything else in the booth!! Was so happy I kept looking that day!!! Thanks so much for your kind words!!
I really enjoyed your post about your visit to Dee's home, too!!!
Hope you have a wonderful week!!!
