~SIMPLE PLEASURES~

Hello, dear friends!!

Reading is one of my favorite things to do so I was thrilled when
I received a surprise in my mail box today!!

It is the new book by Stacy Droit called,

A Christmas Cabin
Presented by....Arnett's Country Store!

Have you seen it yet?
I only turned to the first page and then decided I needed to sit down with a snack, another one of my simple pleasures!

This is my absolute new favorite!!

It is called The Mix and is a combination of
cheddar cheese and caramel corn....YUM!!!
We buy ours at Safeway here in AZ!
If you haven't tried it yet,
 IT IS A MUST!!!

~~~~~~~~~*~~~~~~~~~
I have also been slowly working on my punch needle horse by Lori Rippey in the evenings
while watching Christmas movies,
 two more simple pleasures!
Here is my progress!
Hoping to get more of the background done tonight while we watch our next movie on the list!
I wonder what it will be tonight?
In the meantime,
  I am ready to sit down with my favorite snack
 and enjoy my new book!!!
~~~~~~~*~~~~~~~~

Wishing you an abundance of Simple Pleasures, my friends~

Julie

Your winter horse is looking spectacular! I am watching a Christmas movie on Hallmark Channel and watching the cozy fire Bob started in our fireplace. Getting ready for about 7 inches of snow overnight. Janice

You know... I always have difficulty choosing between the caramel and cheese popcorns? :-) Popcorn is my favorite snack! Have you tried Moose Munch? It's caramel corn with nuts and chocolate! Oh my... off to the store I go... :-)
Punchneedle is looking fabulous! Awesome design!

The book is beautiful and I was just so sad that it was not longer!!
The Moose Crunch sounds fantastic and I will certainly have to look for it!
For those of you who are getting snow, please do stay safe and warm!
Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful week!

Thanks Lecia and Mona! Snacks and books just go together, don't they?
I love the punch needle piece and it is a fun project! Finally working on the background and hope to get it done soon!
The book is great but just too short!! I wanted to keep turning pages!!
The Santas in my header were made by me a number of years ago and I really need to make one for myself!! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Can you post here where to purchase your new booK? I would love to buy one and I can't find it listed anywhere. Log Cabins are a favorite of mine and I bet this book is full of great ideas and photos. Thanks so much!

My book arrived and I enjoyed it very much! I am new to Arnetts Santas but they are beautiful heirloom treasures crafted by such a talented artist. Thank-you for sharing about it here on your blog.
