~A GRATEFUL HEART~

As each day comes to us refreshed and anew, so does my gratitude renew itself daily. The breaking of the sun over the horizon is my grateful heart dawning upon a blessed world. ~Terri Guillemets

Lovely heart made by my friend Mona of My Old Crow Primitives

This past month has been one of deep sadness for me, but with each day comes a sense of hope, peace, healing, and above all.....Gratitude!!  I am grateful to you, my special friends, for your outpouring of kind and comforting words through your warm comments, lovely cards and emails!!  You will never know how much your words helped me and please know HOW VERY GRATEFUL I AM!!  Thank you for taking the time to care and showing it!!

During this past month another thing that has helped tremendously has been creating!  I believe I got my love for thread and needle from my mother and it was another way for me to heal as well!  She loved the color blue and so most of my new creations were inspired by that restful and peaceful color!  I was able to do a lot of reflecting and renewing as I stitched some new projects and finished some that had been started and never completed!!  As a result, I have a nice selection of items in mostly blue, so I have decided to have a small update in honor of my mom!  I know she would want me to continue to do what I love and now that I feel refreshed I am ready to move forward!!

I would love to invite you to visit my Picturetrail later today to view my newest offerings!  I've titled my new album, WONDERFUL BLUE (with red and cream too) and it will be open at 2 PM, EST, (11 AM, PST) and I hope you will join me!!  Here is a little peek!

Thank you again for your kindness, friendship, and love and know that I am a better person because of it!

Wishing you a day filled with refreshment and renewal, my friends~

It's hard, I know! I lost my momma too, she was only 49 years old. Over time the grief lessens, but it will never fully go away. Praying for you! So glad that creating is helping you! ~Jessica
