Good morning, dear friends!

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter!  We certainly did!  The weather was beautiful, the Easter service we attended was so moving and inspirational, and our meal was delicious.......a PERFECT DAY!  I hope yours was as well!!!
Of course, Easter would not be complete without flowers, so I wanted to share with you my Easter bouquet........lovely roses, picked fresh from my rose bush!!!

simple and beautiful

I love them tucked in this old Ball jar, don't you?  Wish I had a "scratch and sniff" button so you could enjoy their fragrance!!  It is DIVINE!!!

Now on to the purpose of this post......the GIVEAWAY!!

Without further adieu, the winner is:

Nan, of Threadwork Primitives!

Many thanks to all of you who entered!!  I loved reading about your love of pincushions, your collections, and even the few pictures you sent!!  It is wonderful to know that so many of you love and collect these special new and old pieces of history and handwork!!  I so appreciate your kind words and the desire to add my handmade piece to your collection as well!!  It really touched my heart!!  Thank you to all the new followers....and to all of you who faithfully stop by and leave sweet notes under my door!!  You are all appreciated, truly!!

Also, just a reminder that I am still planning on doing an update soon so please stay tuned!

Finally, I had to share this photo of my two darling Sweet peas, Bella and Sophia, all dressed up for Easter!!!

Sophia and Bella

They are both growing up so fast and this Gramma is sure proud of both of them!!  They fill my heart with joy and bring a smile to my face!!!  Precious gifts, indeed!!!
